texinfo CLX manual

Hello lisper!

I don't know about you guys, but I just can't STAND not having texinfo
documentation. So I converted the HTML version of the CLX manual into
texinfo.

In doing so I cleaned up some little formatting bugs that seem to have
come about from the automated conversion from postscript.

Let me know what you think! It still prolly needs some work, but all
the errors are gone and it works, so I thought I'd tell people about
it.
