I'm new to CMUCL and Lisp in general.  I understand that 
asdf comes with common-lisp-controller package on Ubuntu, 
and I have verified that I have the package and that asdf 
is there.   What do I need to do to make sure that my 
cmucl 19c is using common-lisp-controller?  How do I know 
it's working?
