Double version control in /custom/bin: _darcs and RCS?

There seems to be double version control applied to /custom/bin, since
there are 2 VC system admin directories.

Which one do we choose?

RCS is file-based, but good enough for our purpose, I'd say,
especially since most of the files we're version-controlling are
stand-alone.
