Your setup instructions seem to imply that you are using a Corman 
Lisp version 1.x - upto Corman 1.5, I had no problems getting Corman 
Lisp to work in inferior lisp mode; however, from Corman Lisp version 
2.0, I haven't been able to get it to start up in either inferior 
lisp mode or ilisp on either Win2000 or Win98.
