Not able to load PAIP examples

Hello, I am having enormous problems running PAIP
examples from here:
http://www.norvig.com/paip/README.html

- WinXP Home
- Corman Lisp 2.01

Just loading it is a problem.  Here's the output,
could anyone tell me if I've made an error or if
Corman Lisp doesn't support this?
