corman-EXE on WIN XP no display

I had a strange thing on a WIN XP PRO Test-PC.
When I compile to EXE and start the EXE nothing shows up.
I had copied the new clbootapp.exe and clconsoleapp.exe
from Patch Dir) into the corman dir. They compile sucessfully
and show up in the process-list, but no display.

Starting with:
(th:create-thread #'win::hello)
shows the window.

On another WIN XP PRO system it works fine.
Both are Dell-PC (only different date)

Tested with hello.lisp and life-gui.lisp.
