In case anyone cares: after 7.5 months of not getting around to it, I
was provoked into updating pkgsrc to 2.16.1 due to a report of a compile
failure on NetBSD/amd64; 2.16.1 builds and seems ok on i386.  As a side
effect I updated guile-lib and g-wrap.
