* Change arglist to use %CLOSURE-FUN on closures.  This fixes seeing the
  string "#<unknown immediate object, lowtag=#b10, widetag=#xC2 {DC2}>"
  as the arglist of (e.g.) structure accessors.
* Remove some "eliminating dead code" warnings for massage-arglist.
