Re: ILISP 5.12.0

Ok.  I made the necessary changes, updated the file release and posted
the announcement to various mailing lists and to C.L.L.

Could anybody please take care to propagate the new version to the
XEmacs repository?  This is important and I cannot do it since I am
not a XEmacs developer.
