followup to Diverse reader errors with Ilisp 5.11, Emacs 21.2.1 - Fault lies with images made with Ilisp

FWIW, this has nothing to do with Garnet, except that's the context in
which we both noticed this.  Lyle apparently used to be able to dump
ILISP cores.  I'd never tried until recently, and figured ILISP wasn't
intended to be dumped (maybe not the best conclusion, but easy).
Simply loading ILISP 5.11 and dumping a cmucl-18c or 18d core, having
done nothing else, is sufficient to cause these problems.
