trouble compiling Allegro dialect for ilisp 5.12

I'm running RedHat 7.3, emacs version 21.2.1, and Allegro 6.1.  I 
downloaded ilisp 5.12 and when I came to M-x ilisp-compile-inits,
I received the following report:

Can someone tell me what the appropriate in-package form should be 
for ilisp-pkg.lisp, and why ilisp can't locate the LLSTRUCT's
module?  I think the in-package form should be: (in-package :ilisp),
but I thought I should ask to be sure.
