Upcoming Lisa work

I'm going to be working on Lisa a bit for awhile (occasionally). Initially =

had considered adding backward-chaining to the project, but I've decided
against that for the time being. Here's what I'll be doing:

1. Abstract the certainty-factor interface so that different types of belie=
f
algorithms may be easily employed.
2. Solidify and extend the exported API to Lisa objects.
3. Improve/simplify the query system. I'm going to keep the existing
implementation but simplify and document the api.
4. Improve asdf support.

This will probably constitute Lisa 3.0. If you have any other suggestions,
post here and I'll consider them. Thanks.
