Announcement: LISA 2.0b3

Beta 3 is now available for LISA 2.0. New this time are contexts (aka
modules, like CLIPS or Jess), duplicate fact detection, and the EXISTS
conditional element. Check the reference guide for details on these
features.

For Lisps that have good MOP support, I'm working on an optional mechanism
allowing automatic notification when CLOS instances are modified outside of
LISA's control. This feature will be in the 2.0 production release.
