Yes, I found the (simplest) equations that describe the whole of human hearing, both normal and impaired, and developed an algorithm to compensate sensioneural hearing impairment. The algorithm spectrally pre-warps incoming sound so that it retains proper timbre balance among harmonic partials. This is more than a mere cochlear model, which only addresses our “microphones”.
