Documentation update: objects, FFmpeg

Hi all,

I have committed to CVS documentation updates to files objects.hlp, ffmpeg.hlp, ffmpeg.lsh, 
and avsource.lsh. objects.hlp was comitted a few days ago, the rest today.

For the FFmpeg files, there are code-like changes to the name "FFMPEG" in message strings, 
according to the sourceforge project the name is actually "FFmpeg".

This is a first revision, so please check these and let me know if there are any issues to fix.
