Re: GSL & license compatibility

Lush is kind special because all the GSL-related files
are actually distributed exclusively in source form and 
are not pre-compiled in binary distributions of Lush.
Since the compilation of GSL-related stuff takes place on
the user's computer, I don't think we are violating
any license, provided that we make it clear that the
GSL-related files included with Lush are not distributed 
under the LGPL (like the rest), but distributed under the
GPLv3. 

I think there would be a problem is pre-compiled binary 
versions of Lush used any part of GSL, but that's not the 
case.

In any case, no one stops us from distributing Lush2.0 under 
the LGPL without GSL, and simultaneously under the 
GPLv3.0 with GSL.

The version of Lush that is listed on the GSL page is 
the current (old) one, which is under the GPLv2.
