I've just used this form and it works well.  BTW, we
have 3 chapters that deal with file systems.  I
suspect one would suffice so we need to merge them.

I have the inclination though perhaps not the time
right now (but maybe next week).  How can I help?  I
don't want you to become lumbered with all the
sysadmin & development work.
