HtUS vs The Cookbook

I've just received this from Matthias Felleisen
following SK's visit to Scheme UK on Wednesday.  I
think it nicely resolves any concerns we might have
about the cookbook clashing with HtUS.  In responding
to this email I send the address of the cookbook to
the principal members of the PLT team.
