Server move update

I've tracked this down, and the bottom line is this is going to take another
day or so to fix, but I'm working on it.  The executive summary is that
there's a problem with the version of mod_perl on the new server, and after
investigating this, I've decided to switch to using SpeedyCGI.

For anyone who cares about the gory details (assumes vague knowledge of
Apache/perl issues):

For efficiency, something faster than plain CGI is needed to run the TWiki
perl scripts.  mod_perl is the obvious choice, which I've used before.
However, the version of mod_perl used on the new server (1.99_07)
turns out to be the source of the truncation bug I mentioned above,
according to various reports I found, e.g. [1].

Upgrading mod_perl is tricky because of dependencies - the next version up
requires a new version of Apache, which in turn requires a whole lot of
other upgrades, and I don't want to do a rush job on that.  I've also seen
comments that mod_perl on Apache 2 is not fully stable [2].  (My own choice
would have been to use Apache 1.3, which is much less bleeding edge, but I'm
working with the configuration set up by the hosting provider.)

Looking for a solution that won't require any major changes, it seems
SpeedyCGI [3] is a mod_perl alternative that's a good match for TWiki.  So,
later on Monday I plan to get that going on the new server.  If all goes
well, that should be the last step before switching.
