RE: the Cookbook

All the work on the Cookbook is looking good.  I've made my
own changes, replacing AuthorGuide with AuthorChapter,
which is just a conventional chapter.   This means the
Authoring TopicType is no longer used, but makes the
chapter easier to edit IMHO.  I've left the original
AuthorGuide around for now.  If I don't hear any complaints
I'll delete it in a few days.  Now that we aren't changing
the structure of the Cookbook so frequently I'll move
RecentSiteChanges to a less prominent position on the main
page is no-one objects.

Perhaps we should just ask an editor, rather than trying to
second guess them.  Anyone have contacts?
