Cookbook server moving!

OK, all issues with the new server seem to be resolved.

Unless there are any objections, in about an hour (20:30 UTC), I'm going to
switch the DNS to point to the new server.  The names that will be changing
are schemewiki.org and schemecookbook.org and their variations.

To avoid mixups, editing will be disabled on the old server.  Attempts to
edit or add topics there will generate errors.

Until the change is noticed by your local DNS servers - which will take up
to 24 hours - you will still be routed to the old server.  I'll put a
temporary announcement on both Cookbook's home pages so you'll be able to
tell whether you're looking at the new server or the old server.
