Enquiry about potential book: Scheme Cookbook

Hi,

I am a member of the free software project Schematics.  We
produce software for the Scheme programming language (a
language similar to Common Lisp).  We have created a online
cookbook, similar to the Python Cookbook, with the view to
creating a published book in, say, a year's time if we have
sufficient material (none of us have the time to write the
book from scratch, but we could edit existing material). 
The cookbook is located at:

We are about to announce the Cookbook to the world at
large.  However we are concerned about the copyright issues
associated with a collaboratively developed project such as
this.  At the bottom of every page we state:

  Copyright © 2004 by the contributing authors. All
material
  on the Schematics Cookbook web site is the property of
the
  contributing authors.  This material can be redistributed
  and/or modified under the terms of the GNU Lesser General
  Public License (LGPL), version 2.1, as published by the
  Free Software Foundation.

There are a number of notices about the copyright at other
places but at no stage must contributors explicitly agree
to the copyright terms.  In your opinion, are these
copyright statements sufficient to satisfy a publisher such
as yourself that there will be no legal complications in
publishing the Cookbook?

Thanks for your advice; hopefully we will be talking about
a publishing deal in year's time!
