I didn't get a chance to make any changes to the Cookbook over the weekend.
I did review the various administrative notes and todo items, though, and am
happy that the only outstanding issue of any consequence would be the
copyright notice on the registration page. (There's also
BugIESourceWrapping, but I think a solution to that can be postponed.)

I came up with the following for the copyright notice (haven't added it to
the site):

---
By submitting content to this site, you are agreeing to the following terms:

   1. You own the copyright to your own content. This means that you can
make whatever additional use of that content that you choose.
   2. All submitted material will be made freely available on the Schematics
site under the LGPL license.
   3. Other contributors may edit, add to, and delete content from the site,
including your content. All content is revision-controlled, so previous
versions are retained as long as practical. In the event of any dispute
between contributors about content published on the Schematics site, the
decision of the Schematics Editors regarding the disposition of the disputed
content is final.
---

(I thought something like point 3 might be needed - feel free to
disagree/change/etc.)

I avoided dealing with the idea of a printed book, partly because we don't
have any legally constituted group to talk about as being the copyright
owner for any potential compilation. (I'm not sure if "Schematics"
qualifies under copyright laws, but actually it might, if we define it
appropriately.)

The point about reserving the compilation right would be to prevent someone
else from publishing an identical compilation/book, if we or a publisher
invest any money, or even just substantial time, in preparing, printing and
marketing a book.

We should probably make an active decision on whether we want to reserve
this right, because exclusive rights to a compilation do not otherwise
follow from the LGPL, so if we don't reserve the right early on, we won't
easily be able to add it later.
