There is an RSS feed:

  http://schemewiki.org/Cookbook/WebRss?skin=rss

It is linked off the lhs bar; clearly this information need
to be reorganised, as it is 1/2-way down, below arguably
less useful information, and confusingly in the Schematics
box, not the Cookbook box.
