My plan (the file TODO in CVS) is to port to Scheme 48 and SISC in version 2.1. There is no reason that work couldn't start now if you have time to help. The SchemeUnit code is layered: assert-base.ss -> assert.ss -> schemeunit.ss -> test.ss so that is logical order to start porting things. The existing granularity may be too coarse for maximum reuse requiring some new files to be created. The directory structure and build system should also become more sophisticated to deal with multiple variants.
