New SRFI test suite

Hi all,

As part of the preparation for the v300 release I've added
a new test suite for SRFIs.  It lives in
collects/tests/srfi, and uses SchemeUnit.  Currently the
only tests are ones I have copied from the Schematics CVS.=20
If you work on the SRFIs and have commit access to the PLT
SVN repository please keep the tests up to date.
