SSAX maintainer policy and Snow packaging

Hi everyone,
  Don't know if any of you are aware of this, but there's a
recently-launched project at the University of Montreal called Snow
(http://snow.iro.umontreal.ca/), which aims to be a
cross-implementation repository and package manager for Scheme
modules.  There are quite a few packages already, and I think it would
be great to have SSAX in there as well.  Does the SSAX project have a
policy on maintainership / ports?  Or is it kind of ad-hoc?

  From what I can tell, the package format for Snow (packages are
called "snowballs") is such that each snowball contains a separate
subdirectory for the files required by each supported Scheme
interpreter.  There's practically a one-to-one mapping between
supported Snow "hosts" and Scheme implementations with ports of SSAX,
so much of the work may already be done.

  I'd be interested to hear opinions from Oleg or from any of the
various SSAX package maintainers.
