SXML 3.0

Hello!

	This is to announce a draft of version 3.0 of the SXML
specification:

The files SXML.{html,scm} are also checked into SSAX CVS repository,
directory SSAX/docs.

	The main change is the new syntax for annotations. The
document has a special section at the end that enumerates the
differences from Revision 2.5.
