defining foreign callbacks

Thx Kevin and now i see others for UFFI, I think it will prove to be a 
seminal de-babelization for CL.

I just heard over on c.l.l. that CMUCL and SBCL do not support Lisp 
callbacks from C. is that why UFFI does not cover callbacks. Or did I 
just miss it? :)
