Actions?

Hello,

I've been reading the 'Actions' section in the Help file, as I need 
to filter incoming posts from various email lists. 

I tried using the following example (from the Help file) as a 
template, but I've not been able to replace the 'From' field with 
anything that wasn't rejected with the error message: "invalid 
default field". 

!copy(MyPosts) From "Joe Average"

In one of my email lists the 'From' field relates to the individual 
poster. The 'Return-path', 'To' and 'Sender' fields all have the 
address of the listserv, but I can't get Dialog to accept any of 
those.

Am I missing something? Many thanks for any help.
