Problem with Japanese charset

I'm thinking of using Dialog  for the ability to
read Japanese charset without the use of external viewer like
NJWIN. However I' having problems in visualization, I see the
characters only in some posts, and even then I have to enable the
Message View Options => Monospaced fonts to see them, otherwise I
only see white squares. In some posts I see just the squares even
if I use the monospaced fonts, and I can't see them in the headers
window, and even if I can see the
characters I can't change their size, and they're so small that
kanji are almost illegible. This even if I under the Selected
 Group Options => Charset I have selected EUC-JP and before the
SHIFT-JS charset, but I have the same problems with them both.
I downloaded some fonts for Japanese character in TT format but
this didn't help.

Can someone help me ?
