Probably, I haven't tried it.
Export agent mail with full headers and no delimiters (try Unix format?)
Import it into dialog - File>Import Messages

I don't know, I prefer to save individual attachments.  
Dialog can save attachments from an entire group in one hit.

I don't think it can, at present.

After exporting your address book you could use your favourite macro
recorder to enter them into dialog.
