I think that's a fantastic idea.  Do you plan to allow people to do
this stuff interactively (which would require, I guess, some sort of
login/authorization being set up), or would list admins just email
stylesheets to you, and you'd install them?

On Gmane, I've shied away from establishing procedures for authorizing
list admins and giving them an admin interface (for instance --
perhaps they'd like to cancel a message or two now and then?) because
of the administration overhead (for me) involved in maintaining that
sort of user name/password base...
