Yes, that could be a possibility. I will ask my client to find out from their SMTP services provider. In the meanwhile Chip has resolved the issue of authentication in the retries. So that has solved my problem - it seems. The email went through in Try #2 in today's error encountered #1. Will be watching for a few days.

  Suddenly for last 2 weeks, I have started facing this problem. There is intermittent failure of mail. As can be seen, while first session fails, second goes through. For last six months it was running with virtually no error.
