Can't get Euro symbol to appear in message body

Hi,
 I'm using VBA to construct a Blat command to send an email containing a Euro symbol in the message subject and body. I'm using the string =?ISO-8859-1?Q?=80?= which appears correctly in the subject line but in the body it shows up literally as the ISO code. I'm receiving the email with Outlook 2010. Does anyone know another way I can get € to appear in the body? Any help greatly appreciated.
