Seems to me blat hasn’t worked properly since Windows 7. Have to disable User Account Control or do something like http://meridian.ws/wordpress/?p=306 (How to start and bypass UAC for your trusted applications)

Subject: [blat] Blat and Windows 10
Hi all,
I am sure I saw something on this in the past, but cannot find anything. The search options (even Google) are not helping me.
I am assuming that blat works fine under Windows 10, with possible some security issues, aka Windows Server issues I have worked with.
Can anyone confirm this? And any speedbumps I will need to look out for?
