Return error 12 from Blat.exe

I have used Blat for several month without problem. But after a recent update of Windows 10 it will not send. I tried to delete the key (both BLat and my own under Blat) in Win-register. When installing the key again with Blat-kommand the keys are OK, but when I triend to send I got this error 12, (-Server or -F not found in Windows register). I have'nt made any changes to the call procedure. It just stopto work. Anyonewho can help in this matter?
