Blat.exe return error 12

I have use Blat v3.2.1 (build : May 28 2014 00:35:28) for several month whithout any problem. But after a recent update of Win-10 (32) it will not send, but return a errorcode 12 (-Server or -F option not found). There has been no changes in the calling software at all. The underlaying key of BLAT in Windows register is OK, and is'nt change. Has anyone a soloution on this matter?
