Send text file shows differently in Outlook

We use Blat for a lot of emailing text files in scheduled tasks. We are now using Outlook 2010 and now when we send the text file, the displayed formatting in Outlook is changed and no longer lined up. What settings in Blat or Outlook to make them display correctly?
