I think the biggest issue is that your plain text messages are being 
presented by Outlook as proportional font messages, for the human’s pleasure 
at reading.  The only way to have some control over this is to format your 
messages as HTML, and use tables or use the <pre> </pre> commands to format 
the text as monospaced font.

What I see from your message as it was received at my end is that it looks 
exactly the same top and bottom, so it is a matter of how any email client 
chooses to present the information to their human reader.  A simple text 
file has no formatting, and Blat will make no assumptions about how it 
should be presented to the end client.  The presentation is left to the 
discretion of the human reader at that far end.
