The only way to have some control over this is to format your messages as HTML, and use tables or use the <pre> </pre> commands to format the text as monospaced font. What I see from your message as it was received at my end is that it looks exactly the same top and bottom, so it is a matter of how any email client chooses to present the information to their human reader. A simple text file has no formatting, and Blat will make no assumptions about how it should be presented to the end client.
