Spamitarium changes

Hi,

I've got a bunch of backward-compatible improvements and fixes that I've
made to spamitarium over the years. I emailed Tom Anderson many years
ago and asked him to incorporate them into his new version and put out a
new release, but he never responded.. I emailed him again recently to
ask if he's still maintaining spamitarium and would accept my patches,
and again no response.

Can I submit these changes to be included in the version of spamitarium
shipped with bogofilter? I'd rather not have to keep maintaining my own
fork of spamitarium rather than using the one that ships with bogofilter.
