Hello.

In WSSP-based webskins (mostly anything but Pronto), regardless of the=20
settings, the reply always starts with the plain text version of the=20
replied message.

In theory, Pronto could start with the HTML version as the XIMSS API=20
allows it. However, the current implementation of Pronto does not do it=20
either.
