This is a multi-part message in MIME format. --------------78F6E93C44F86C98339C0F1F Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8; format=flowed Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hello. In WSSP-based webskins (mostly anything but Pronto), regardless of the=20 settings, the reply always starts with the plain text version of the=20 replied message. In theory, Pronto could start with the HTML version as the XIMSS API=20 allows it. However, the current implementation of Pronto does not do it=20 either. *Nicolas Hatier, ing.* <[email protected]=20 <mailto:[email protected]>> Niversoft id=C3=A9es logicielles - http://www.niversoft.com On 2017-03-17 02:30, Paul_Dudley wrote: > > Is it possible to set any of the skins in webmail to reply in HTML by=20 > default rather than plain text? > > After you click on reply you can change it to HTML but by then all the = > images and formatting is lost and carriage returns tend to get removed = > as well. > > Regards > > Paul Dudley > > IT Operations > > ANL Container Line > > [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> > > +61 3 8842 5603 > > > --------------78F6E93C44F86C98339C0F1F Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

<meta content=3D"text/html; charset=3Dutf-8" http-equiv=3D"Content-Ty= pe">
<body bgcolor=3D"#FFFFFF" text=3D"#000000"> Hello.

In WSSP-based webskins (mostly anything but Pronto), regardless of the settings, the reply always starts with the plain text version of the replied message.

In theory, Pronto could start with the HTML version as the XIMSS API allows it.
