It is possible to change something in the HTML code to set it as the defaul=
t in one of the webskins?

Or is there a third party webskin that does this?

Hello.

In WSSP-based webskins (mostly anything but Pronto), regardless of the sett=
ings, the reply always starts with the plain text version of the replied me=
ssage.

In theory, Pronto could start with the HTML version as the XIMSS API allows=
it. However, the current implementation of Pronto does not do it either.

After you click on reply you can change it to HTML but by then all the imag=
es and formatting is lost and carriage returns tend to get removed as well.
