In WSSP-based webskins (mostly anything but Pronto), regardless of the sett= ings, the reply always starts with the plain text version of the replied me= ssage. In theory, Pronto could start with the HTML version as the XIMSS API allows= it. However, the current implementation of Pronto does not do it either.
