Cone 0.60 released.

Changes:

* Memorize a block of text and assign it to a function key, or a shortcut 
keystroke.

* Re-factoring of MIME-encoded headers.  Previous versions of Cone always 
used quoted-printable to encode non-Latin characters in addresses.  Cone 
will now use base64, where appropriate.  Header MIME-encoding now follows 
RFC 2047 more closely.

* The address book format has changed.  Conversion to the new format will 
occur automatically, but downgrading to the previous version of Cone will 
result in problems with address book entries containing non-English 
characters not being.
