It is an imap account.

Ok. will add the different variances then.

Does the filtering process stops once a search condition is met?

Example I want to search for my name and if my name IS present I want the
filter to do NOTHING... if my name is not found I want to then check for
lists...

Basically if an email is to/from a list I want it to go to the respective
folder, but if the mail has my name I want it in my inbox.. even if it's a
reply to a forum's post.
