Nope.  That can't be.  -c sets the location of the configuration directory 
for everything.

No.  99% of folks are fine with just one.  There's just no good way to set 
this up in a meaningful manner.

If all else fails, submit the mail to the local SMTP server, and have it 
choose the appropriate smarthost.
