No. You are referring to the "Setup" screen from the main menu.

I am talking about the 'account' setup as when you type "New Account" from 
the top. You specify a server to connecto, likewise one could specify the 
SMTP server.

For a reason unknown to me.. cone seems to be little known and have a 
relatively small set of users (by the posts on this list). As more users 
try it, it does help to have unique features which help it differentiate 
itself from the rest of the other clients. For instance the remote address 
book and remote configuration are perfect examples of such 
differentiators. I think supporting multiple SMTP servers would only help 
in terms off both helping current users, as well as attacking new users. 
From what I see it is probably the only feature missing for cone to be an 
outstanding multi account mail client.
