[exim/exim] Doc: the link is correct but its section number is wrongly displayed after formating, at least with html formating (Issue #3219)

The second of these ( https://code.exim.org/exim/exim/src/commit/371e5210218746e876fd71c888fdb666c85ceb56/doc/doc-docbook/spec.xfpt#L8541-L8542 ) , the one that discusses the way to specify empty list items, is at section *6.20.2*. Yet web sites that display the documentation have the correct link, but refers to it as section *6.2*. For example, here ( https://exim.org/exim-html-current/doc/html/spec_html/ch-domain_host_address_and_local_part_lists.html#SECTlistexpand ) , *6.2* is displayed, even though the links takes you to *6.20.2*.
