[exim/exim] [Bug]: Outdated license grant statements refer to outdated FSF addresses (Issue #3234)

What happened?
--------------

FSF has changed its postal address multiple times and has therefore updated the suggested license grant header like this

-You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License
-along with this program; if not, write to the Free Software
-Foundation, Inc., [address of FSF at the time the license grant was added]
+You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License
+along with this program; if not,  see <https://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.

Exim source contains a couple of the old headers, pointing to different invalid FSF addresses.
