Could be a number of reasons. Again, unless it's a problem only occuring
with Exiscan (you can find out by running the raw mail through
SpamAssassin on the command line using "spamassassin -t <your-mail"), this
is really a question better asked on the SpamAssassin users list. It could
be a badly-trained Bayes database, or maybe a particularly good spammer. I
think there are still some negative rules in the core SA rule list. (i.e.
rules which indicate ham, rather than spam) so it's certainly possible for
a mail to get a negative score.

This is not helpful on its own. You need to show which SA rules the mail
hit. (e.g. BAYES_00, FOO_BAR, USER_IN_WHITELIST, whatever)
